I fully support running, riding (safely) and especially indoor cycling with music if it enhances your experience. Sometimes I feel like Pitbull is the only one who can get me through my run and sometimes I just want to listen to the birds and my own breathing. I am still only running every other day and now that my fancy new Garmin Edge 810 with ANT+ censor is all hooked up I can track my indoor cycling workouts. While I enjoy running without music, I absolutely can not survive more than 5 minutes on a trainer without some seriously upbeat tunes.
